The location was magnificent and absolutely perfect, at a short distance from a traditional shrine.

I had a great time here and enjoyed my one-night stay; the location was fantastic, close to Matsumoto Castle.

The rooms were tastefully decorated and large here with floors below, a great view over to the hills beyond. An electric kettle and a fridge were a plus. Location: the hotel was not far from Bus terminal for Matsumoto...

The place is silent and clean. Everything is nice. - the staff is very helpful and excellent at cooperating. - Its location is exceptionally great, close to shops, hiking trails, the bus terminus, and the railway station.

Was very close to the station and easy to find. The internet was wired in each room and laptops could be hired, though we had our own. The internet was very fast and only needed to be plugged in.

The room and bed were quiet small but it was ok for the one night that we stayed there.

The staff members were all very friendly and attentive. the location of this extremely convenient and great modern hotel was magnificent, close to main food places. - It was also close enough to many great restaurants and local attractions such as the Castle, Matsumoto Art Museum, shopping areas, and the bus and train stations.

Very near to JR station. Very convenient in terms of transport & food. The hotel's security doors at every level give a peace of mind.

The ventilation is either heater or cooler and it is already set-up at the main. You can't set cooler if it is already set-up as heater.
